• American citizenship

• Be 21 years old at the time of doing the petition, I-30 Petition for Alien Relative.

• Birth certificate that includes petitioner and parents name

• Marriage / divorce/ adoption certificate (translate it or not)

• Documents to prove that you can sponsor your parents

• Full address, telephone number and email

• Copy of passports , petitioner and parents • Copy of tax return ( two years will be better)

• Copy of the petitioner Social security Card

• 2 2x2 white background picture of each applicant

There are 3 different descriptions

​

1. You are residing in the US illegally but you enter the country legally via a port of entry. An immigration officer stamped your passports.

2. You are residing in the US illegally and crossed to the border illegally too

 

3. You are residing in the US illegally and have entered and left the country multiple times illegally For the last two descriptions you will need to present a letter of forgiveness I-601 A to be exempt of the 10 years for unlawful presence in the country punishment. There is a chance that when you request your permanent residency you might have to leave the US and visit a consulate office
